(1) The case related to offenses punishable under section 7 shall be initiated by Karwahir Kinara District Court.

(2) Offenses punishable under other sections except those mentioned in sub-section (1). The chief district officer shall have the authority to initiate and dispose of the related case.

(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2) the district court or the chief district officer, when processing and disposal of the case under this Act, the Special Courts Act, 2059 will be adopted.

(4) An appeal may be filed within thirty-five days against the decision made under sub-section (1) or (2) and an appeal will be taken in the district court against the decision made by the Chief District Officer.
